I highly recommend BBQ'S Algarve to anyone looking to purchase and install a premium barbecue! 🎯 From the very beginning, their service has been absolutely exceptional and deeply professional. They provided outstanding guidance during the advisory phase, demonstrated incredible responsiveness in all communications, and showed great responsibility not just during the sale, but also throughout the entire installation process. They stay close to the customer every step of the way, making you feel completely supported. 🌟What truly sets this company apart is their top-tier after-sales support. While many companies unfortunately tend to forget about the client once the sale is finalized, BBQ'S Algarve has been incredibly attentive and responsible with their post-purchase contact and ongoing maintenance. If you want a flawless, worry-free experience from a dedicated and highly professional team, look no further. 🪵🔥

Best service experience we had in Portugal. Period. We ordered from abroad and everything worked perfectly. Fast communication in English, every special request handled without problems (even coordinating delivery directly with our local contact by phone). What shocked us most: they even followed up AFTER delivery to make sure everything went well. After dealing with banks, IKEA, reservations etc. in Portugal — where customer service is often a disaster once payment is done — Algarve BBQ was the complete opposite.Professional, reliable, fast and genuinely customer-oriented.A special thank you to Rimma, who made all of this possible and handled everything perfectly.Highly recommended. More companies in Portugal should operate like this.

What great service from these guys, had a problem connecting the gas pipe to the bottle and asked if they could pop in to assist when they were next in the area, within 30 minutes they were here and fixed the issue which was "user error", thank you all and well done for such a great service.

Lee, Gabriela, and the team were fantastic in every regard. They were extremely helpful when we first went into the shop and then everything, they said they would do they did in the time they said they would do it.The initial site survey was arranged and undertaken promptly and the process of picking a colour was simple. The installers turned up on time, were professional, courteous, and tidy and the finished sail is exactly what we wanted.Lee kept in touch throughout the process and visited us to inspect the finished sail and to ensure we were 100% happy, which we are.He also did us a great deal to trade in our old barbeque in exchange for an excellent modern Broil King model. All in all, the experience we had with everyone at BBQ's Algarve was 100% positive. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a sail, a barbeque, or an outside kitchen.Thank you and bravo to all at BBQ's Algarve
