What great service from these guys, had a problem connecting the gas pipe to the bottle and asked if they could pop in to assist when they were next in the area, within 30 minutes they were here and fixed the issue which was "user error", thank you all and well done for such a great service. Lee, Gabriela, and the team were fantastic in every regard. They were extremely helpful when we first went into the shop and then everything, they said they would do they did in the time they said they would do it.The initial site survey was arranged and undertaken promptly and the process of picking a colour was simple.The installers turned up on time, were professional, courteous, and tidy and the finished sail is exactly what we wanted.Lee kept in touch throughout the process and visited us to inspect the finished sail and to ensure we were 100% happy, which we are.He also did us a great deal to trade in our old barbeque in exchange for an excellent modern Broil King model.All in all, the experience we had with everyone at BBQ's Algarve was 100% positive. Kleiner feiner Laden, in dem man sicher fündig wird, wenn man gute Grills sucht. Leider liegt die preisliche Gestaltung in Portugal (herstellerseitig) offenbar deutlich über der in Deutschland. Ein nachgefragter Pelletsmoker von Broil King wäre hier 400 € teurer als in Deutschland. Autsch. Aber dafür kann der Händler nichts.
