Yes. We can offer you a Barbecue Overhaul Service, only available during our Winter months (1st September – 31st March). Please contact the shop on (+351) to chat through your requirements and to book in.
Yes, gas barbecues will run from Butane or Propane gas. The only time you would need different jets is if you are using Natural piped gas. Always check this before purchase

Yes, all the listed prices include Portuguese VAT or Value added Tax of 23%. Everyone in Europe must pay this Tax only, and are not liable for any other form of tax or import duty.

All orders are dispatched from our stock the same day you place them. Out of stock items and back orders are sent out the same day we get the goods in. If you have any questions or want to progress an order then please contact us.
Returns are to be sent back at your own cost and you have 2 weeks to do so. Once the item has arrived back to us unused and in the original packaging, we can then provide a refund. Please appreciate that this refund cannot be completed until the item has been received. Once the item has been refunded we will send an email to confirm this. If the item has been sent back in a poor condition and can no longer be sold, or we need to repack it in order to do so, you may face a repackaging fee however, this can only be determined once we receive the item.
