Terms & Conditions

1. Competitors must be located within the Algarve.

2. Competitors’ Products must be identical in terms of:

2.2.Model

2.3.Size

2.4.Colour

3. Competitors’ Product Offerings must be identical in terms of:

3.1.Matching our service standards:

3.1.1. the price must be clearly displayed next to the product

3.1.2. the product must be assembled and tested prior to delivery where this is appropriate ie for BBQs, Patio Heaters and some Outdoor Furniture

3.1.3. the delivery time-scale and stock availability must be equivalent to ours

4. We will not match a price that is only available to privileged customers such as account holders or club members

5. We take into account associated charges such as assembly, testing and delivery

6. We will not match other on-line shopping providers, mail-order catalogues, or factory outlets.

7. Zonda reserve the right to define the Algarve region covered by this promise.
