HOT TUB SERVICING - GENERAL POINTS
Some people are concerned that owning a Hot Tub will mean complicated procedures to keep it in good condition. Others may be worried that they use their Portuguese home for holidays and don't want to spend valuable time getting the Hot Tub up-and-running when they visit to relax.
For both of these groups Zonda have put together a Hot Tub Servicing Contract. With this contract Zonda become totally responsible for the servicing and maintenance of your Hot Tub so you need worry no more! This contract is shown here in its entirety.
HOT TUB SERVICING CONTRACT
18 POINT SERVICE
1. Remove filter and perform visual check of filter condition.
2. Check plumbing including pipe and heater unions and isolation valve connections for integrity.
3. Check for worn or defective joint O-rings and gaskets.
4. Check jet body to spa shell joints for integrity where possible and identify any leaks.
5. Run all pumps to ensure satisfactory operation.
6. Check operation of system diverter valves.
7. Check all jets for satisfactory operation.
8. Visually check all interconnecting electrical wiring for integrity and insulation.
9. Check the control system and top-side controls for the operation of each function.
10. Check correct function of the lighting system.
11. Drain all water from the spa and the system.
12. Wipe clean the spa shell surface.
13. Refill with clean water.
14. Fit new or cleaned filters into the spa skim filter. (If a new filter is deemed necessary this will be charged).
15. Test the water for ph and add ph+ or ph- as appropriate to begin the ph correction process.
16. Add sanitizer, normally Chlorine, to achieve a level of 2-4ppm.
17. Check operation of all spa equipment from the control touch pad.
18. Wipe down acrylic rim.
